Get Involved

St. Robert Bellarmine is a welcoming and active parish. Participating in the life of the parish provides wonderful opportunities for spiritual and personal growth, for meeting people, or simply for having fun. It offers a way to put your unique abilities and interests to work for the good of the community. By our Baptism we are all called to build the church, and when we offer of our time and talents, we are saying “thank you” to God for all the gifts in our life.

You and other members of your family can contribute your talents via our many Ministries & Organizations. The parish bulletin is also a great place to find out about activities and opportunities to volunteer. Some opportunities require training or yearlong commitments, and some are occasional and more informal. Take some time to find the ones that are the perfect fit for you.

To get started as a parish volunteer, you can:

• Complete the volunteer interest form online.

• Fill out the volunteer interest form (PDF) then return it to the rectory office, or email it to  Deacon Bill at bfrere@srb-chicago.org.

If you are in charge of a parish event and are looking for volunteers, please fill out the Volunteer Position Form (PDF) and return to the rectory or email it to bfrere@srb-chicago.org

Thank you for your interest in getting involved in St. Robert Bellarmine! It takes many hands to accomplish so much and your involvement is appreciated. Please feel free to offer your own suggestions and ideas too.

If you have any questions, would like to discuss ideas for how you can contribute your talents, or need more detailed information, please contact:
